Kumm are a Romanian alternative rock band formed in Cluj in 1997. The band currently consist of Cătălin Mocan (vocals), Eugen "Oigăn" Nuţescu (guitar, vocals, harmonica), Kovács András (keyboards), Mihai Iordache (saxophone), Uțu Pascu (bass guitar) and John Ciurea (drums). The band has experienced several line-up changes, with guitarist Eugen Nuţescu and keyboardist Kovács András being the only remaining members from the first line-up. Their style has varied greatly, from progressive rock with jazz and etno influences to alternative rock and indie rock (most notably after the release of their fourth studio album, Different Parties). Kumm toured in countries like Italy, Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary. They were also included in the line-up of several European festivals, such as Pepsi Sziget (in 2002 and 2008), Sárvár, 4+4 Days In Motion and Peninsula.
Up to date, Kumm released five studio albums and six videos.
